As part of the State of Play event held recently, Vertigo Games announced a Playstation VR version of its new shooter After the Fall. The new game coming from the developers responsible for Arizona Sunshine has already been announced for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive before.
Focusing on multiplayer action, the game will contain zombies, mutant creatures and an endless winter. Vertigo Games have also revealed a new trailer, showcased on PlayStation’s September 2019 State of Play event, which can be viewed in the video below.
After the Fall puts players in the city of Los Angeles, 20 years after the fall of human mankind. An eternally frozen city in some alternative 1980s scenario, where the excessive use of biotechnological drugs has given way to the fearsome Snowbreed which infected the entire planet and led civilization to collapse.
As the player, you will be one of those survivors seemingly being immune to the side effects of these substances. You are the last hope for the rebirth of humanity. At your disposal you will have a wide arsenal of weapons and equipment, with which you can adapt to the game style that you like the most. The developers provide several battles against powerful bosses. You will also get rewards in the game whenever you are exploring. After completing the main campaign, you can then enjoy a world full of events, missions and exciting encounters.
After the Fall will be released in 2020 for PSVR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
