Typing of the Dead: Overkill has been a strange creature from the beginning. Coming seemingly out of nowhere and garnering high praise, it’s been one of 2013’s most pleasant surprises. But the weirdness doesn’t stop with a surprise release.
First we were offered the Shakespeare DLC, where you kill zombies by typing lines from such hits as Romeo & Juliet, Hamlet, and Taming of the Shrew. That DLC costed $2.99. Now according to Polygon, the game is adding free lines from Football Manager 2014 in a bit of SEGA self-promotion. Who else is ready to type some zombies to death?
