Year Walk, originally an iOS game by Swedish developer Simogo, is now available on Steam. The game is a first person “vision quest” based on a Swedish myth called year walking. The game takes place in a 19th century forest where monsters walk about, puzzles impede your progress, and a mysterious and personal story reside.
The PC version of Year Walk has updated visuals, new locations, new puzzles, and Steam achievements. It’s also supposed to be fairly scary, based on the Steam reviews.
I haven’t been keeping track of the game all too much, but I hear good things. Plus it has a goat man in a business suit!
Year Walk is just $5.99 on Steam.
