Twenty two years ago today, a little game called Wolfenstein 3D was released. Considered by many to be the grandfather of the first person shooter genre, Wolfenstein 3D laid the groundwork that basically every shooter since has built upon.
So lets all wish Wolfenstein 3D a Happy Birthday! If only more games featured boss fights with Mecha Hitler.
