Dead Space 2 executive producer Steve Papoutsis let StrategyInformer know that the original Dead Space production team was under enormous pressure by EA during development since “They could’ve stopped the project at any time”
He goes on to say, “Everytime the new IP was shown to EA they could’ve simply said: The game isn’t making progress and we don’t like it”.
So let’s be happy we got it in the end and make sure to further support Dead Space products. We don’t wanna loose that franchise right? And most importantly we don’t want it to stop with Dead Space 2 which apparently relies heaviely on sales and global/overall critism.
