Developer DONTNOD Entertainment recently released a free update for its 2018 action-RPG title Vampyr to enhance its graphics on the PlayStation5 and Xbox Series X|S. The update allows for up to 60fps at 2K resolution, which will substantially enhance the smoothness of the experience.
It’s also worth pointing out that owners of PlayStation4 Pro consoles will also be receiving some love from this update.
For those who need a refresher on the game:
London, 1918. You are newly-turned Vampyr Dr. Jonathan Reid. As a doctor, you must find a cure to save the city’s flu-ravaged citizens. As a Vampyr, you are cursed to feed on those you vowed to heal. Survive and fight against Vampyr hunters, undead skals, and other supernatural creatures. Coinciding with the release of the update, Vampyr is currently up to 75% off on pretty much all digital storefronts, including Steam.
The game is also available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
