Steam’s annual Halloween sale has gone live. The PC game platform has tons of horror games on discount until November 1, including popular titles such as Resident Evil 2 Remake ($29.99), Dead By Daylight ($9.99), SOMA ($4.49), Observer ($7.49), and Layers of Fear 2 ($14.99).
