Fans of the Top Cow comic book series, The Darkness, have been left in the shadows wondering if they’ll see a sequel to The Darkness videogame. Well, they can rest easy now.
2K is in fact bringing The Darkness 2 into the market sometime this autumn for the PS3, 360, and PC. The sequel will be developed by Digital Extremes and will once again be blessed by series veteran, Paul Jenkins, who has been the writer on the comic book series. And to add even more to its comic book authenticity, the game will feature a “hand-painted graphic noir technique” to cater to it’s loyal fans. We’ll have more news on this sequel as it surfaces.
