That was a Quantic Dream, developer of Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, reference, by the way. And the PlayStation 4 exclusive Until Dawn is looking a lot like those games in its method of player interaction.
In the brief clip we saw from The Game Awards, we see a woman running away from a funny looking bad guy. Actions are determined by QTE scenes and buttons mapped to a player decision. I wasn’t expecting this, and I can’t say that I’m too excited by the game, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
