Oh boy, it’s finally being teased! Six months after release, the continuation to LISA: The Painful RPG has been revealed via a teaser trailer (See below). Aiming for a Summer 2015 release, LISA: The Joyful will act as the conclusion to the LISA “trilogy” (with LISA: The First acting as the prequel to The Painful).
Austin Jorgensen is not only a great martial artist, but a great game developer. LISA quickly jumped to the top of my GOTY 2014 list and remains a title I still recommend to friends. In my review I wrote “It’s wonderfully weird and as dark as it is humorous and endearing”. If you’re looking for a great story and retro RPG gameplay, look no further.
