State of Decay was banned from being released in Australia. We often hear about how picky the Australian ratings board is about releasing games that it deems to be inappropriate for the masses. If your favourite game happens to have, or reference drugs in them, you can be certain that it will have a little bit of difficulty getting released in Australia, as is the case with State of Decay.
Or was the case with State of Decay.
Change one little thing and apparently the game is good to go. Undead labs replaced the word stimulant with the word supplements. That garnered the game an R18+ rating.
Go figure.
