You have to hand it to Ben Cocuzza of Pig Farmer Games – the guy knows retro horror. After his last release, Babysitter Bloodbath, which took inspiration from John Carpenter’s Halloween, he’s back with yet another 80’s inspired horror game. Whereas Babysitter Bloodbath put players at mercy of a killer themed after Michael Myers, Splatter Camp takes us to a seemingly peaceful lakeside camp … yep.
Splatter Camp is said to build off of the gameplay in Babysitter Bloodbath and provide a larger world to explore. Further details on the game will be revealed at a later date, but it’s safe to say that Friday the 13th vibes will be strong in this one. Aesthetically, it looks like there’s some Argento influence as well!
