Publisher Spike Chunsoft is at it again; this time they’re teasing something related to 999, the first part of the Zero Escape series. On Twitter the publisher released a high(er) resolution version of the CG intro of 999 where the cruise ship comes into view. This probably means we’re getting a re-release on Steam.
Zero Time Dilemma‘s release is later this month on portables and PC, so it makes a lot of sense for Spike to release the first entry on Steam as they did with Danganronpa and Danganronpa 2. The announcement is probably right around the corner given E3 being just a few days away.
I’m actually in the middle of playing 999 myself in preparation for ZDT. I guess I should have held out. The 3DS XL screen is just so tiny!
