The next main entry in the Silent Hill franchise, Silent Hill: Downpour, boasts a lengthy journey. After the E3 2011 conference, Gamespot scored some details on the upcoming title.
Like most games in the Silent Hill franchise, the main story will take roughly around 8-10 hours to complete, that is without all the sidequests. For the first time ever, this upcoming wet entry in the franchise will allow players to take a break from the main story and uncover the town’s hidden secrets and stories via sidequests. If you decide to complete the said sidequests, the game will take you around 18-20 hours to beat the game.
