Silent Hill 3‘s 10th anniversary is today and with that has come the announcement of Gecco’s Silent Hill 3 figures and some other Silent Hill merchandise. Memegyorai, the Japanese distributor of Gecco’s Silent Hill figures, have announced Heather Mason and Robbie the Rabbit as two upcoming figures in their series line. ToyMukey, U.S. distributor of the Red Pyramid Thing and Bubble Head Nurse figures, have their logo attached to the announcement images, so it’s safe to say that we’ll be seeing them sometime soon for purchase outside of Japan. I have reached out to them to see if I can get a release window.
Along with the two statues comes news of several Silent Hill shirts and iPhone 5 skins to be released in Japan. The shirts look pretty neat, and the iPhone skins feature art by series creature designer Masahiro Ito. The shirts and skins are said to be available starting July 5th, but there’s no word on a release outside of Japan.
While I would love to finally get my hands on some Silent Hill shirts, the Heather and Robbie figures are the most exciting things from today’s announcement. I can’t wait to see them.
