Key Fixes in Patch 1.1.4

The update arrives a month after the previous 1.1.3 patch and introduces various technical enhancements.

Significant fixes include:

  • Fixed crashes and freeze on shaders compilation
  • Fixed memory leak occurred at Rostok location
  • Fixed performance degradation when shooting/aiming on saves with long playtime
  • Implemented fixes, that should solve the problem causing saves to be lost on Xbox
  • Fixed a random crash related to UI animations.

Additionally, the team is working on a fix for an error message regarding a missing DLL file after crashes in the Microsoft Store version of the game. According to GSC Game World, this issue is not due to missing files but an erroneous error message, so manual DLL installations are unnecessary.

The developers have noted that shader compilation issues posed significant challenges. They advise players to report any lingering problems in this area through the technical support hub.
