Have you ever been totally psyched for a game, plunked down a wad of cash for it in pre-order only to learn that it isn’t exactly…a game? You know what we’re talking about – perhaps its just strung together by a series of cutscenes or pre-rendered character animations? Or maybe the whole thing ends up being less than a few hours total?
Well Sega is looking to ease our fears. According to Sega, Rise of Nightmares is going to offer plenty of hours of fright for the completionist-type in your life that has to find every little thing, from the last note scribbled on a wall to a little trinket in a box in a closet.
Rise of Nightmares contains around ten hours of gameplay, which is a long time considering its a Kinect title. Whether that ten hours will be spent doing the same thing over and over, we’re not so sure, but ten hours is a long time to spend standing in front of your television. Be sure to drink plenty of water!
