We understand – sometimes a gamer just wants to sit back and relax while blasting away unknown horrors from beyond the grave. The Xbox 360’s Kinect peripheral might appeal to families and people with excessively large livingrooms, but it sure isn’t for everyone. So you might be feeling a little left out in regards to the Kinect exclusive Rise of Nightmares.
Well Al Ewing and artist Marc Olivent have created just the thing. Writer Al Ewing and Marc Olivent have whipped up a nice little graphic novel, The Lost Tapes of Roland Childs.
Detective Childs’ story is actually a side mission of the main campaign, whose tapes and experiences can be collected throughout the game. So…of course, there are spoilers for the game present.
In true fashion, the thing is a little graphic, but nothing too bad. The graphic novel in its entirety has been uploaded to Games Catalyst, so if you’ve got the mettle, check it out!
