JBoc924OK, technically, the game ‘had’ a floating city, as the video below details. Said video has been uncovered on Queen Zenobia’s official site which has just gone live today. In it we get a brief history of the city of Terragrigia. It’s not just any city, but a floating city. That is…until Veltro attacked it (those bastards!).
The terrorist attack took place in 2004, which totally sunk the once floating city which took 11 years to get up and running thanks a big dose of solar energy. Veltro happened to be totally against the development of this city, so they went on to unleash BOWs (our good friends, the Hunters) on the city and its residents. One year later, in 2005, you can see the ruins of what was once a beautiful, technologically advanced metropolis.
This pretty much confirms that the attack on Terragrigia, or as the reporter in this video coins it, the Terragrigia Panic, is what served as the catalyst for making the BSAA formulate to battle bio-terrorism, and thus, Veltro.
