Capcom has announced that Resident Evil Requiem will be playable at Gamescom 2025. Over eighty-five gaming stations will be set up by Capcom at the event in Cologne, allowing fans to get hands-on with these highly anticipated titles.
While Resident Evil Requiem will be one of the key highlights, it will not be the only game featured in Capcom’s lineup for Gamescom 2025, which will take place from August 20 to 24. More details about other games, presentations, and livestreams will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Resident Evil Requiem, revealed during the Summer Game Fest, is the ninth installment in the main Resident Evil series. The game promises to provide an even more immersive experience for fans, with a new story and exciting characters that will enrich the beloved lore of the series.
Resident Evil Requiem already has an official release date: it will be available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S on February 27th, 2026.
