For a while now it has been known that when you pre-order Resident Evil 6 you will get an exclusive DLC map. Now, thanks to EB Games Canada, we finally get to see what the map is.
The map has been revealed to be a Catacombs level (pictured above). It is unknown if it will be the same map tied to pre-orders at other retailers like Best buy and GameStop. But one thing is certain: I cannot wait to slay some BOWs as Leon again in Resident Evil 6’s Mercenaries mode. The description for the level is as follows:
“More than enemies are lurking in these catacombs; there are booby traps ready to ensnare you around every corner. Are your reflexes quick enough to avoid them?”
Judging by those spikes I would say “bring it on!” And with the release date being October 2nd, you can guarantee it will be ‘brought’ soon enough.
