In the upcoming game, zombies and bio-engineered monstrocities can smell your blood. So in a multiplayer match, you don’t have to worry about taking down your enemy completely – the zombies will do the rest.
The zombies in Operation Raccoon City are a double-edged sword. You can use them as meat-shields and hide behind them, but if you get hit, they’ll just as soon turn on you as a pack of wild dogs.
This isn’t anything that we’ve not seen before though – Boomer Bile attracts Infected in Left 4 Dead, and we’re really wondering why it’s taken Resi this long to implement this. Still, we’re excited they finally are nonetheless.
