From this investors letter comes the following information regarding Capcom’s future plans of releasing video games:
“We intend to further use our MT Framework of programs so that we can manufacture a compatibility to new hardware products very fast.
However it is not our goal of being compatible with each game console. We will exactly select the compatible hardware for MT Framework, after we made ourselves aware of the characteristics of players, hardware specifications, etc.”
