JBoc924Resident Evil: Outbreak Survive is an off-shoot of the ‘Outbreak’ spin-off series of games and it aims to bring the horror exclusively to Japan’s popular social networking service, GREE. We may end up getting this stateside eventually, but for now it’s reasonable to just see this as an exlcusive title to Japan. While we don’t know much about the actual gameplay of ‘Survive’, this new image helps us get a more clear understanding of what to expect.
This new screenshot, taken from a slide that was part of a Japanese presentation of the game, shows off a first-peron view of the action in which two players, Leon and possibly Claire, are aiming and shooting at a lone hunter. This indicates that, possibly, the game will take on an on-rails type style when it comes to gunplay, or something along those lines. It may not be the next big Outbreak game everyone hoped for, but it’s still pretty interesting nonetheless.
