Capcom has just released the first developer diary for Resident Evil Revelations. The video focuses on the strong horror focus of the classic games and how they helped mold the game. And for those who already experienced the game on the Nintendo 3DS, its horror elements can’t be denied.
Revelations feels like a true major sequel in the series, regardless of not having a number at the end of the title. The game went back to the series’ roots while still maintaining action-oriented elements. Both camps of fans were catered to, with longtime fans happy to see that Capcom had not completely forgotten what made the franchise a success in the first place.
