cjmelendez_Capcom is asking the community from their Resident Evil Facebook page how are they doing with the series. They want to know how the fans feel about current games, upcoming, and what we want to see in the future from the long running series.
How about Resident Evil 6? We know it’s coming, but with the huge line up of upcoming Resident Evil games, I can’t blame them from holding out on an official announcement. The Bring Back Outbreak campaign has made their views clear, and are soon approaching their 10,000 signature goal for their petition. An HD re-release of Resident Evil Remake would be fantastic. Even if the series has had more re-releases than I can count, I would love to have every entry on my current HD console. Let’s see more of that, but Resident Evil 6 first and foremost.
The Silent Hill page did something similar when they asked about the next Silent Hill game’s preferred time period. Facebook is a good way to gauge fans, even if most fans of anything on Facebook have a hard time saying anything of value. Hopefully we’ll see enough people push for an announcement of Resident Evil 6.
