Good ol’ Albert Wesker. He used to be the big baddie of the Resident Evil series until he took a lava bath in Resident Evil 5. With all these theories about Alex Wesker and Wesker clones in general, it’s nice that we’re getting some dose of classic Wesker in Resident Evil Revelations 2. But he may not be reserved just for Raid Mode anymore…
Capcom has just released the image above on Resident Evil’s official Facebook page. It’s a picture of a photograph being held by… someone. The photograph is of none other than Albert Wesker! Capcom captioned the photo with: “What’s this? A photograph of… What could this mean for Resident Evil Revelations 2?”
So, there definitely could be a link between Wesker and the events of Revelations 2, even if it’s just minimal. The main female villain that’s been talked about could be someone that’s had some type of connection with Wesker. Enough of a connection to keep a photograph of him, of course. For what it’s worth, it could belong to Annette (I’m still sticking to my theory dammit!), and she’s been keeping it to remind herself of the man responsible for what ended up happening to her husband.
