JBoc924All day I’ve been eagerly anticipating Capcom’s big surprise for Resident Evil fans on the series’ official Facebook page, as a thank you for reaching 1.5 million fans. I knew right from the beginning that this surprise was going to be nothing more than an awesome piece of artwork. With the Licker and William possibly being featured. Well, I was partly right, because yes, the big surprise ended up being an amazing piece of artwork, but I was wrong in expecting it to be the aforementioned BOWs.
But who am I to complain? Below you’ll see one very detailed and downright amazing depiction of the classic zombie dog by Marko Djurdjevic. This isn’t the only piece of artwork we’ll be receiving. Capcom has an entire set of Resident Evil art to share exclusively on the series’ Facebook page. So, yeah, eventually we’ll get an awesome and gruesome image of both the Licker and Mr. Birkin!
Remember that little snippet we brought you a couple of weeks ago? We theorized that it was a Licker, and turns out – it was. And here it is. Don’t believe us? Take a look at the claw on the left side, the biggest claw. While we wish that it was something else other than Facebook concept art, it’s pretty cool regardless. I wonder why they’re picking out stuff exclusively from Resident Evil 2? Hmm…
