RESIDENT EVIL 7 gets a new trailer with COMBAT, scares – demo update is out TOMORROW

eeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEE

So I’m just a little bit nuts at the moment, I did not expect this news so soon. Check out the new trailer for RESIDENT EVIL VII: Biohazard, titled Tape 2: The Bakers, which features our first look at combat, some clear footage of the garage with the cop, and the sit-down dinner that was teased yesterday. I’ll write up a full analysis once I calm down (and watch it about 50 more times).

Oh yeah, and there’s an update coming to the Beginning Hour demo, called the Twilight Version, that hits tomorrow, and will be available for all PS4 owners. I’m going to take a wild stab in the dark here and say it’s gonna contain combat, and the footage we see here. Ahhhhhh!

Oh, and they’ve also revealed that the digital pre-order of the game has now been changed to the Digital Deluxe version, which will contain an additional episode, and the price is shifting to $89.99 (although if you already pre-ordered, you’ll be upgraded for free). They also mention the survival packs that where leaked the other day, which they stress will be available no matter how many times you play (throwing some much deserved shade at Square Enix’s awful pre-order pack for Deus Ex 4). They also reveal that the coin has nothing to do with a monetary system, and is instead the return of the lucky coin item from Resident Evil: Outbreak. Pre-ordering also gives you access to the Madhouse difficulty from the word go, which you will otherwise have to unlock by playing through the game.

You can also check out a veritable treasure-trove of new screens, which feature some very REmake inspired locations!
