UPDATE: Use this handy quick link here to go get the game on (US) PSN.

Grasshopper Manugacture/Gungho’s  free-to-play action game Let it Die was ESRB rated last month and now it’s finally going to be out in the wild. Announced at Playstation Experience this morning with a new trailer, it will be on the PSN storefront later today. After several years in development (even under a different name), this third person hack-and-slash provides a surreal cast of characters that the lead developer Suda51 is known for creating. Fighting to the top of “The Tower of Barbs” and collecting degradable weapons and clothing from the other humanoids you defeat, the game advertises high difficultly as your characters are lost forever once you die three times (unless you pay up to revive them). Enemies in the game will have their equipment dictated asynchronously by other online players as well as any avatars you lose.

The game is a PS4 exclusive free download and supports microtransactions.
