Paranormal is getting a New House, improvements

Released back in October for PC on Steam Greenlight, Paranormal is a 1st person survival-horror game where you play an artist trapped in his haunted house, trying to prove to people he’s not crazy by recording the hauntings. Paranormal was met with critical acclaim by fans that were enthralled by finding new hauntings each time they play. CJ did a small playthrough of it as well!

On the game’s Steam community page, the developers have said that they’re creating an entire new house for the players to explore and be terrified in. Sometimes in the current house (which they’ve begun calling the Beta House, the new one is referred to as House 2.0) players could feel very small compared to their environments. Issues like this will be fixed, as well a whole new environment to scare the shite out of players.

In addition to the new house, some scares are being reworked, taken out, and others are being added. They’re also focusing on more story to drive the player, focusing on the background story and why the house is haunted. More interaction with the environment is being worked on and more tapes for the player are being placed to discover.

There is no estimated release for these updates or the new house, sadly, but it’s good to know the developers are staying active on the game’s forum and taking the players feedback into consideration. You can post your own opinions on their Steam community page by following our source  below.
