Operation Zero aims to bring Fatal Frame 2: Wii Edition stateside

Operation Zero is a Fatal Frame fan initiative to get Nintendo of America to bring Fatal Frame 2: Wii Edition to the United States. The remake of Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly hit European, Japanese, and Australian shores last month with no indication that it’s coming to America.

Operation Zero is taking inspiration from Operation Rainfall–a petition that alerted Nintendo to the fact that many gamers wanted The Last Story and Xenosaga localized. OZ is looking to organize fans of Fatal Frame in an effort to get Fatal Frame 2: Wii Edition to our shores. While gaming petitions rarely work, I think American Fatal Frame fans deserve some love. Sure they can import the game and install a localization patch on their Wii, but not many people want to go through that trouble.

Operation Zero can be followed on their blog and their Facebook page.
