Nosgoth is going to make the big leap from closed alpha to closed beta this Thursday, meaning that the game is closer to completion, but you still can’t actually play it because you weren’t invited.
To celebrate this achievement, Psyonix’ Design Director Corey Davis threw together a short video that shows a bit of gameplay and a sneak peek at some of the new skins. The studio also announced that it’s working together with Mark Daniel Cabuco, who has worked as an artist on previous Legacy of Kain games, as well as Buffy the Vampire Slayer on Xbox and recently Lost Planet 3. Daniel will help Psyonix create skins for the various vampire characters to make sure they are faithful to the beloved LoK games from the past. As the man puts it himself: “They heard the fans and sought me out to ensure an authentic tie to the original series.”
