Narcosis, a self proclaimed deep sea survival horror game, slipped our radar a bit when a gameplay trailer was posted earlier this month showing off the game’s underwater environment. After giving the game and its details a looksee, it’s safe to say that the premise is interesting enough to warrant keeping an eye on the project.
Set in the depths of the Pacific Ocean, Narcosis follows an industrial diver that is left stranded on the ocean floor after an accident. Armed with very little light and tools, the goal of the game is to reach the surface before the main character’s oxygen and sanity (yay, psychological) reach dangerously low levels.
Narcosis is expected to release sometime in 2015.
