Modding the Resident Evil games has remained a popular hobby among its creative fans and Modder ZombieAli is proving that the trend is still going strong as the series reaches its 20th anniversary next year. Inspired by the voice acting mod by user Bunny in October, ZombieAli has begun the process of replacing all the character models in Resident Evil Remake to be based on their PS1 era progenitors.
You can see all the low-poly pictures for yourself here in the ResidentEvilModding forums. The mod is not yet complete, but it will be unleashed unto the world after the planned characters are finalized, even including the snake, Yawn.
