The Dark Souls-esque Steam early access games Malebolgia is nearing completion, according to its sole developer. The third personal cell-shaded horror game’s campaign is now available in its entirety thanks to a recent game update. The full game missed its projected February release, but the developer of the game hopes to have the game out of early access by the end of April.
The latest game update includes changes to the game’s map system, a new tutorial, story content, new areas, and tweaks to combat and enemy AI. Further updates before the game’s official launch will be for added polish.
In addition to the game’s completion status, the developer of Malebolgia has also shared that a WiiU version of the game will release sometime after the PC version is completed.
