Kodoku, Carnivore Studio’s horror game based on scary Japanese folklore, finally has some new assets to analyze. While details are still thin on the game, a teaser trailer has been released along with a handful of screens.
The trailer is … well, pretty weird. There’s a scorpion person that reminds me a bit of that lady in Tokyo Gore Police and a Pig-Man that’s snacking on a corpse. In the screenshots we see our first look at the game’s protagonist: a slightly disheveled white-haired man.
Kodoku is set to release on the PS4 an Vita sometime in 2015. If the trailer is any indication of the weird factor in this game, I’m anxious to see and hear more about it. Weird me out, guys!
