Oh, Killing Floor. It’s that time of the year where I stop ignoring you. I send a steam message to my best friend and get ready for my favorite co-op shooter experience ever.
Though I miss your enemies being dressed up in Halloween costumes, I know that I will enjoy blasting Hillbillies reminiscent of The Devil’s Rejects with the new weapons that are part of your separate DLC. I know some folks will think that the $7.99 price tag for the new weapons (including an explosive speargun, a bile launcher, a homing missile launcher, and a beam gun) is a bit too much. But I know you’re worth it. The amount of time I’ve spent with you is priceless.
Please, don’t think that I only spend the holidays with you because I don’t love you. I really do! But if I spent all my time with you, I’d never try new games, and we just can’t have that. Shh now…as a journalist, I am a media polygamist by nature. It’s me baby, not you. Really.
