A new trailer has been released ahead of the game’s public hands-on at Gamescom showcasing the breathtaking graphics and eerie world of KARMA. For those not attending there’s only a matter of months before they’ll get their hands on this dystopian thriller and step into the shoes of Daniel McGovern. A 30-minute demo will be available as KARMA: The Dark World joins October’s Steam Next Fest, just in time for Halloween.
As revealed by IGN, Pollard Studio’s latest trailer peels back the layers of what’s to come in KARMA: The Dark World. Ever-shifting realities, half-truths, and fragmented memories collage to create a dystopian world ruled by the Leviathan Corporation.
A first-person cinematic psychological horror title, players will investigate the deepest secrets of their suspects’ minds in a world of espionage and betrayal. What starts out as another case for Roam Agent Daniel McGovern, sees him uncover a world of deceit and betrayal. He begins to doubt everything he knows, including his own identity. Begin to uncover the truth lurking in the shadows this October.
Meticulously crafted in Unreal Engine 5, KARMA: The Dark World will be coming soon to PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox.
