Over at Turtle Rock Studios, the developers of Evolve are calling for PC owners in North America that meet a specific criteria to sign up for the closed alpha.
In order to enter the alpha, participants must have a PC that will run the game (kind of obvious there…), have a working Steam account, be able to support a large coordinated user test on the game and be located in mainland North America. The team is looking for very specific data right now, so it’s nothing personal if you’re not eligible for this one.
To join the closed beta (or even to sign up for it) head over to the blog post and click on the link. You’ll need a password and referral code, which Turtle Rock has provided in the blog post.

My PC is getting on in years – so I might not make the cut. While that’s disappointing, it gives me a great reason to drop a wad of cash on some upgrades.
