Takasago and Konami are committed to painting the pachislot Silent Hill game as one with significant characters, monsters and story. Character and monster profiles for the upcoming game (which adapts Silent Hill 2 loosely) have gone up online on Takasako’s site, revealing new art for the iconic cast from the classic game.
James, Mary, Maria, Eddie and Laura are sporting new looks, with James going full on tough guy and Maria looking a little Buscemi-esque. We already knew James found some gusto when we saw him dodge roll out of Pyramid Head’s swipe in the last trailer.
Some new monsters will be making an appearance in pachislot Silent Hill, one reminiscent of Hatred‘s long-haired, brooding protagonist. I guess he’s found a new home in Silent Hill after that there “Genocide Crusade” thing and the lukewarm reception to his game.
