From the lead gameplay designer of Titan Quest comes Grim Dawn, an action-RPG where you hack slash and blast your way through decidedly unfriendly creatures. The game will utilize an enhanced version of the Titan Quest engine and feature multiple class customization for a nearly endless amount of options. Darker themed Role-playing games are far from abundant in today’s market, so there’s plenty to appreciate here. Who knows? It might even be the next Diablo.
It is important to note that the game’s development is still currently underway with about one third of the game available to play and character progression capped at level 25. The benefit to buying it early this way is to get ahead, of course, but also snag a 10% discount while it lasts. The entire game looks to be completed early to mid 2014 with the additions of item crafting, multiplayer, and a fifth character class, the Arcanist, among other things. If you’d like to take part in this game early you should do so soon, because the discount ends on November 12th.
