Another new horror themed Kickstarter from developer Dreadlocks hit the web last week in the form of Ghost Theory. This comes two years after their last crowdfunded project, the cyberpunk RPG Dex.
Starring a young woman named Barbara who can interact with the spirit realm, you’ll explore various creepy settings based on ‘real’ haunted dwellings. This single player title focuses on stealth and survival more than action as you’ll have to avoid aggressive ghosts and manage your resources visually with no UI or inventory screen.
Ghost Theory will be coming to Windows and Mac in September of 2017. It will also be built with support for the Oculus Rift in mind, but can still be played without it. The Kickstarter ends on Feburary 20th with a goal of £100,000 (roughly $141,439).
