The Sinking City prepares its landing for the portable Nintendo Switch. How does the Switch version stand up graphically? Frogwares has released a trailer, which you can see at the end of the article, showing the appearance and qualities of the port.
Without specifying anything about resolutions and stability, it seems that the game will sacrifice many details of the environment to guarantee its operation on Switch hardware, although we talk about a game that bets on realism in its artistic direction.
Apart from the graphics, the version of The Sinking City for Nintendo Switch will enjoy unique features such as the gyroscope to aim and the touch screen to navigate its menus. You will also see adjustments in the aiming of the weapons and the recoil when firing, although it is not clear if these changes will also reach the PC, PS4, and Xbox One versions through an update.
The creators of Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, among other releases of the adventure genre, developed The Sinking City, an open-world research title based on the Cthulhu mythos. The game is set in the fictional city of Oakmont, Massachusetts, in the 1920s, and subjects the player to a mysterious flood that brings unspeakable paranormal events.
