Several new gameplay videos were released today for Dark Souls 2, which highlight the strengths and play styles of some of the character classes in the game. The Warrior, Temple Knight, Sorcerer, and Dual Swordsman each received their own trailer.
I really can’t get over how gorgeous this game is, despite being a current generation title. The art direction is just stellar and it’s manages to set itself apart, despite so many games using a similar “grimdark” art style.
The combat also looks extremely fluid, everything flows so nicely as swords bounce off shields. The collision in this game is really impressive and you can tell From Software put a lot of effort in it, probably because blocking and parrying are so integral to gameplay.
