This is one way to start off the month of Halloween right. Fatal Frame III: The Tormented has come to the PlayStation Network store today for the damn swell price of $9.99. The third entry in this exquisite series is quite a horrifying game with a great story. It shares similarities to Silent Hill 4: The Room, using ghastly hauntings between the real world and a terrifying nightmare world.
