Soul King is the most competitive multiplayer mode in F.E.A.R. 3, to see who can hoarde the most souls. You begin each round as a spirit with the ability to roam the map and collect souls and possess other bodies. When enemies flood the level, you can use your possessed body kill them and collect the souls they carry. The more souls you collect, the higher your soul count.
Collect the most souls and you’ll become the Soul King – making you a target to the enemy team. If you’re killed, you’ll lose half of your souls and promptly end your reign as Soul King.
