The game’s gorgeous graphics play over a conversation several citizens are having about the newly arrived doctor. He’s apparently very handsome, accomplished, and well-liked. The locals marvel at his choice to work late hours in a poor neighborhood during a flu outbreak with a serial killer on the loose, so it would seem that his cover for vampirism is airtight.
