In a recent tweet, Ed Boon has put several choices for fans to make, in regards to potential characters being added to the upcoming Mortal Kombat via DLC. You can check out his tweet below to see what the choices are.
It’s nice to see developers leaving such decisions up to fans, and hopefully this will continue forth post-launch with possibly levels, costumes and whatnot being offered to fans to choose from for potential DLC. It’s also nice to see Boon and his team rebound from the ill-fate of Quan Chi, who was supposed to be added to MK vs DCU via DLC back when they were still working under Midway. Now, with NetherRealm settled nicely under Warner Bros. Interactive, it looks like DLC for the new Mortal Kombat won’t be suffering Quan Chi’s unfortunate fate.
