E3 2013: The Walking Dead “400 Days” confirmed, coming to the Vita (Update: trailer added)

President and CEO of SCEA Jack Tretton has just announced and confirmed that The Walking Dead will be getting the “400 Days” DLC that TellTale has been teasing. Tretton’s statement both confirms the existence of the DLC and that it will be included with the Vita bundle release of last year’s Game of The Year.

Sure enough, we’ve got an update.  IGN has posted the trailer for the DLC, which you can view below.

So, here we are, with trailer.  It all looks like pretty standard trailer fare, right?  A little bit of a teaser here, some brief exposition in the form of text.  But take a look at the guy in the green sweater 0:22 in.  He seems awfully familiar, doesn’t he?  The same guy was in Vernon’s group of cancer survivors underneath Crawford.  He’s one of the first people you see.  Wonder how all that ties together?

As always, we’ll bring you more news on The Walking Dead: The Game – 400 Days DLC (whew!) as it becomes available.  Some sources have claimed that we won’t be waiting too much longer for the DLC and that it may be released this summer.  Hey, maybe that’s when The Walking Dead: The Game will be released for the Playstation Vita?
